Samsung launches smartphone in Qatar

Samsung has announced the launch of Galaxy Y Pro DUOS, new smartphone from Samsung, in Qatar.
The smartphone retails for QR 799.
 
The dual SIM system in the Galaxy Y Pro DUOS maximises communication flexibility by allowing two separate phone numbers and a simultaneous use of data on the same device. Users who need to balance busy professional and social lives can access and seamlessly switch from one line to the other with this handset.
 
“The Galaxy Y Pro DUOS is tailored for young professionals to help keep their work and social life in synchronism,” said Ashraf Fawakherji, telecommunications group general manager, Samsung Gulf Electronics.
“Outfitted with essential business applications and a full QWERTY keyboard in a sleek design, the Galaxy Y Pro DUOS is remarkable for its ease of use and faster functionality. The launch of this new product aims at strengthening Samsung’s leadership position within the smartphone category,” he said.
 
The Galaxy Y Pro DUOS also offers enhanced productivity with the inclusion of Polaris and Find My Mobile professional tools.
 
Users can also enjoy Social Hub Premium, offering support for push e-mail and messaging, and seamless calendar and contact synchronisation between the phone and users’ Google, Yahoo and MSN accounts.
