Top musician holds workshop in Doha Qatar

Red Bull Music Academy, a travelling series of music workshops and festivals, held a special event at the W Hotel in Doha with renowned musician and DJ Ewan Pearson.

He informed local musicians, DJs and producers how to apply for this year’s Academy, to be held in New York in September and October.

Pearson also conducted an interactive workshop, working closely with 30 participants on honing and refining their musical skills.

This was followed by an electrifying set performed by the world-famous DJ, offering the crowds a chance to experience first-hand what it takes to succeed in the music business and get audiences on their feet.
Although originally only open to DJs, the Red Bull Music Academy has come far in the 14 years since its inception, becoming one of the world’s top annual international music events.

The Academy is designed for all musicians and musical professionals and offers a platform for them to shape the future to be involved in the ongoing evolution of music in all its forms.
